Our positioning promise
Clarity for every applicant
Applicants lose time on roles they cannot take. Employers lose time on applicants they cannot hire. The tag layer exists to end that waste — for everyone.
For local talent
Citizens and permanent residents see at a glance which roles are open to them — the clearest, most achievable path, without sponsorship requirements muddying the picture.
Open to whom · sponsorship status · requirements
For visa holders
Applicants see exactly which roles offer sponsorship, which do not, and where competition may be broader — no guessing and no false hope.
Employer stated · source shown · never inferred
The tags do not steer anyone toward or away from a job. They tell the truth about each listing so every person applies where they truly qualify. Sponsorship information is transparency about competition — not a push in any direction. Fair to both sides, always.
How the promise is kept
- Employer stated, source shown, never inferred. If the employer didn't say it, the tag says Unknown — and unknown is a complete, honest answer.
- Historical filings are context, not promises. Past sponsorship records never become a claim about a current role.
- Every tag carries its evidence. Meaning, source, exact quotation, date, freshness — and a correction route on every card.
- Local applicants see their achievable path first. Roles open without sponsorship are unmistakable, so effort goes where it counts.
- Work authorization is one tag domain in one cell — not the identity of Neohivez. The hive serves every way people make a living.
The seven tag states
Every tag on every card carries one of these states. Here's what each one means:
- Verified
- Independently confirmed by Neohivez against a primary source. The strongest signal.
- Provider stated
- The poster said this themselves. Quoted with their source — not independently checked.
- Historically supported
- Past records support this claim, but it hasn't been confirmed for this specific listing.
- Community vouched
- Other hive members attest to this. Structured, disputable — not official verification.
- Conflicting
- Evidence disagrees. Read the details before relying on this tag.
- Unknown
- No one has provided evidence yet. An honest "we don't know" — not a red flag.
- Expired
- The evidence for this tag is past its freshness date. Treat with caution.
What we will never do
- No "locals preferred" language or anything implying nationality preference.
- No turning filing history into a current sponsorship claim.
- No "citizens only" without a documented lawful basis, stated by the employer.
- No promising a job, an interview, sponsorship, or a visa outcome — ever.
