What Neohivez never stores

If identity checking is ever needed, an approved provider performs it and returns only a limited status and date. Sensitive material never touches our systems.
Better than five stars
Ordinary ratings are easy to game. When vouching activates, a Neohivez vouch will record how the voucher knows you, when you worked together, which skill they observed, whether money changed hands, whether they'd hire you again, which cells the reference supports, and whether they can be contacted privately.
Disputes and corrections
See something wrong on a profile or a card? Every trust signal carries a correction route. Reports are acknowledged, reviewed against evidence, and resolved visibly — the correction history itself becomes part of the record.
At launch
Version one keeps it deliberately narrow: verified email and domain for posting organizations, plus user-controlled corrections. Identity layers, structured vouching, and cross-cell history activate as each cell earns its depth — readiness, not elapsed time, decides.
